I was so impressed with Handyman Connection, From the first interaction at a Home Show to the finished product everyone was so professional and friendly. I was comfortable with them in my home. Greg was my project manager. He is wonderful. Estimate was quick and service was scheduled promptly. They have a program that notifies you when your handyman is on the way, with a picture. As a single woman, that is a nice feature. But I would especially like to compliment my handyman, Donavin, so professional! He worked so quietly and quickly. I work from home and I almost forgot he was there and he cleaned the area so well you would have never known he was there. He did an amazing job with all the finishing details, my paint and baseboards are an exact match to what I already had in my home.

I recently purchased a dishwasher that was unable to be installed by Home Depot. HCSI was able to get the dishwasher installed With no problem and the handyman was professional. My dishwasher Works great. The only thing I would say is that it may be a better idea to give the customer a window of time as I was expecting my HCSI Technician at 9 and they Arrived around 9:30. Also, the old one was supposed to be put outside, but was not. Other than that, I was glad to have it installed.
