It was very easy to speak to someone and get an estimate before making the decision to move forward with the project. Once approved, I was very surprised with the constant communication and the ability to know when and who would be coming to do the job. I had two different specialists for my project and they were both very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They also cleaned up any debris from the job.

The service I booked was to have grout replaced on several spots throughout my kitchen floor as well as replacing one of the tiles. Randy was extremely thorough and went above and beyond to fix the spots that needed it. I can't even tell that any work was done to the floor, it was so seamless.

In this time when you often don't get call backs, Handyman Connection was quick to respond. Came and looked at scope of work and provided an estimate. When I approved the estimate I was kept informed about when it could be scheduled. The workers came when expected and did a very good job. Appreciated the efficient manner in which they conduct business and the quality of the work.
