Jason fixed our outdoor stair railing--a problem that we knew we would have someday (long story). He was pleasant to work with. We'll keep Handyman Connection on our contact list. We also appreciated getting a bid for the job rather than an hourly rate. I like being able to talk with a real person when I call. Office Manager Denise made a convenient appointment then kept us informed and when the timing had to change. It all worked out.
