Initially I was not satisfied with the results but the owner Shane got involved personally and made the situation right. It wasn't just "words" about making sure I was "happy" with the work but made it right with actions and personal involvement.

Shane has helped us with a few projects this year. He is so reliable and honest. We had a bathroom project, closet door, front glass screen door project and repair to some mortar which was coming off around our steps which Shane helped us with! His prices are fair but his integrity is what keeps us calling him back!

Handyman was on time, courtious , knowledgeable, and able,. Also willing to do what I asked for. I would rate 5 out of 5 stars, if stars were given for performance I already did respond high marks. Do you need more?

We had an old 2-valve shower system replaced with a modern single valve and there was quite a bit of tile damage to repair. For two weeks I tried to get someone to even talk to me about the tile work but people simply wouldn't return my calls. This changed when I contacted Handyman Connection. Shane came out the next day to give me an estimate and scheduled the repair for the following day when I accepted. The work was finished and looked great by the end of that day! I couldn't be more pleased and my wife is thrilled to have her shower back! I will be back! Bob

After my initial meeting with Shane, both Shane and Cynthia kept me updated on a start date. The crew assigned to build my fence showed up each morning as scheduled.
