We noticed our carpet was wet and this was the first company who was able to investigate the cause. Earl was on time, friendly and thorough. He analyzed the problem from different angles and was very patient when explaining the solution to me. He cleaned up the area really well and got me scheduled for the repair. The handyman, brian, was right on time, actually a little bit early although he did let me know. He got all of the work done and then because there was extra time, he saw a couple of other things, including an unsafe, loose railing. He took care of everything and all of it works great.
