The NPS score is based on the question, “On a scale of 0-10, how likely are you to recommend Handyman Connection to a friend or colleague?”
The Market Penetration Award went to Steve McCoy of Colorado Springs. Steve has continued to serve the Colorado Springs community for over eight extraordinary years.
The Franchisee of the Year award was bestowed on the husband and wife duo out of NW Arkansas, David and Patty Hatfield. The Franchisee of the Year is determined using a Combined Quality Score (Customer Experience Rating and NPS), Sales, Market Penetration, and Participation in the System.
